Completely redesigned main interface
We've transformed the UI to help you manage your meetings more professionally. With enhanced search, filtering capabilities, and tagging features, you can now effectively organize all your meetings.
Enhanced audio UX: Microphone selection, post-meeting playback
After a meeting, you can click on any part of the transcript to replay that specific segment of audio. We've also updated the interface to allow microphone adjustments, preventing misconfiguration during critical meetings.
Premium Summarization Experience
Custom prompting: Ask AI for the exact summary points you need
Have you ever found that meeting summaries often miss the points you're actually interested in? Or perhaps you've had to copy/paste transcripts into ChatGPT to extract what you need?
Now you can enter prompts through chat to customize your summaries. Create longer summaries, highlight specific points, or add extra context to generate higher-quality summaries in one go. And for even better results, try using Thinking Mode!
Real-time comprehensive summaries that capture conversation details (BETA)
Previously, summaries were only available after a meeting ended. Now, Caret continuously organizes your conversation during the meeting. By summarizing by topic over time, it becomes much easier to track the flow of discussion.
If there's information that wasn't included in the main summary but is too cumbersome to find in the transcript, check the real-time summary! These summaries are also visible on the public note sharing page.
Smarter AI chat with Thinking Mode
We've significantly improved the AI chat functionality. Now when you ask about action items or clarification about the meeting, you'll get specific, evidence-based responses. Plus, with Thinking Mode enabled, you can easily extract in-depth analysis (e.g., interview feedback) or insights about your meeting.
Smart Slack sharing: Share complete meeting content with your team in 10 seconds
One of our users, Juwon, told us that sharing meeting notes on Slack used to take him 5 minutes, but now it takes just 30 seconds.
